Here's 2 clues. If its not found after this it will just stay there.
1. The magic words were used with a map.
2. You are not summoning an object, you are going some place.
Although this should be a dead giveaway for the magic words, you still have to find the place of power.

The place of power is not in any town. Make sure you are looking up all phrases for the Marauder's Map. I have seen people very close to where they need to be but saying the wrong phrase. You guys are getting smoking hot close!
