phoenix seems miniboss worthy figured i would mention.. maybe add a new one for phoenix spawn

The Phoenix used to spawn once per day right? That'd be pretty cool if it popped up randomly in a 24 hour window. Mini boss hits & a chest/phoenix statue. OOoooooohhh boooiii

pretty sure the one here just spawns about like the other boss-ish mobs in game.. blood ele, balron, aw, ogre lord.. etc
