I doubt you'll find a lot of product coming your way. This shard doesn't have a lot of "PVM only" players, so the high end PVP stuff is likely put on THEIR PVP characters.
Your best bet is to:
1. Find a good house to loot and hope you don't get caught.
2. put some effort into the PVM aspects of the shard (treasure hunting, fishing, etc)
3. start farming mediocre players who carry high end stuff.
4. start farming creatures who have high end sword weapons in their loot table.
It takes far more effort forcing one of those to spawn than it does to create the 50-150K gold you would want to pay for it.

No one carries good hallies, they sit idly in banks or houses.
