From what I can tell, it looks like mini boss chests come in 19-20 diff possible variations. However, the most hues I'm seeing according to the item database is 17. Perhaps some of the hues are missing?
8 ore hues with a light and dark trim variation for each hue should be possible drops.
I've seen the 2 different trim variations on the white chest but only one on the black chest so far.
