3gp per, these are farmed manually not from NPCS (feel free to check town vendors). Lowest I'd probably do is 2.75k but I've seen guys buy @ 3.5 per so I'd say 3gp is fair.

Sell them @ 4gp per then. These boards are hand crafted by a real person, not some shitty off brand at the vendor.
