All these mini updates will be merged to patch 27.

- We now have a great looking new Survival arena (this screenshot does not do it justice - see for yourself!)
- Fixed a bug where Bagball would not start correctly.
- Fixed a crash issue that occurred when a new player character was murdered.
- Player vendors are now ~100gp per real life day, flat rate.
