Take the diseased leathers to leatherworkers to turn them in. The Grinch can't be found yet, however, there is a special event happening tomorrow (22nd) at 5pm EST.

You can turn in the hides to any "tanner" NPC in leatherworking shops, as Scooter said.

Insert requisite grumble about adulthood/responsibility/required to be at work during the holiday event tomorrow.
